(Payroll services would be quoted for separately as charges would be based on a monthly fee rather than an hourly rate).
Quality Assurance and Health & Safety Administration:
Preparation of policies, procedures and audit schedules/plans. We are also able to manage QA systems, provide consultation on attaining/maintaining QA approval and carry out internal audits. However, these services would be quoted for separately.
Telephone Call Handling:
We partner with Answer to provide you with an efficient, cost effective call handling solution so you never miss an important business call.

We can provide advice and support on your current office systems and procedures to improve productivity and efficiency. This service is particularly beneficial for clients who are starting up in business or feel their current systems are inefficient.
This service is available to businesses within Greater Manchester, Lancashire and West Yorkshire. Should a member of your staff be on holiday, off sick (or maybe you just need additional help) then we can provide secretarial/administrative cover at your premises.
Out of Hours Support:
We do offer all our services outside of normal office hours should you need this level of support.
